Krakow Airport is an international airport located near Krakow, in the village of Balice, 11 km (6.8 mi) west of the city centre, in southern Poland. The Krakow airport transfers takes approx. 30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Katowice Airport is located 100 kilometers (62 miles) north west of Krakow nearby Pyrzowice village. The Katowice airport transfers to Krakow takes about 1h 30 minutes.
Zakopane is located about 70 miles from Krakow airport and it shouldn’t last more then 2 hours to drive this distance. The second airport, Katowice KTW is almost twice far away but it takes only 1 hour more as between Krakow and Katowice there is nice motorway and express road. As it was mentiond before transfers from Krakow airport to Zakopane are door to door so you don’t have to choose place of your hotel or apartment in the very centre nearby railway or bus station.
